The Asia Business Law Journal’s article covers the launch event of Hong Kong Pro Bono Week 2025, themed “Turning Law into Justice”. Supported by the Association of Corporate Counsel Hong Kong (ACCHK), the event took place on 26 May at Bloomberg’s office in Central and brought together the judiciary and legal professionals to advance access to justice.

The University of Hong Kong’s Faculty of Law is part of the supporting organisation for Pro Bono Week. To conclude the week, the Clinical Legal Education Programme hosted the “Interactive Workshops For Law Students”, providing a taste of real-world experience featuring interactive workshops and client sharing.

The meaningful event brought together NGOs, the legal profession, and academics. As a lecturer of the CLE programme, Mr Chan is pictured engaging in a lively exchange with the Honourable Justice Kevin Zervos of the Court of Appeal during the event.
